With e-Cases, IMAIOS brings the ability to download and share interactive radiology cases and virtual medical imaging workshops - all on your iPad. Free of charge, you will be able to connect to our medical case database using your imaios.com account and view hundreds of medical cases. You can view cases in multiple specialities and modalities and download the case files for only those that interest you.

Cases are being added regularly by doctors we are in collaboration with and furthermore, via our online tools, users are able to upload and share their own cases and notes. All these new cases will appear seamlessly into the e-Cases app. Each case contains information about the diagnosis, including annotations, patient history, findings and radiologic images.

e-Cases is designed by practicing radiologists to integrate mobile technology into their work day. This app is targeted at all radiologists, residents and medical students.

You can view the images in a case using simple gestures or buttons. You can:

• swipe horizontally to change image series
• drag vertically with one finger to change image index
• pinch and drag with two fingers to zoom and pan the image window
• push and hold to activate contrast/brightness mode, and then move your finger around the screen to have real-time interaction

To add a case to share with our community you can access the editing tools online. Once you have created the case it will be added to our case list within an hour and you can carry it freely to with you on your iPad. You can even send it to your colleagues, students or partners.
